• We are currently shipping Pets & Accessories within India only, however if you require products sent offshore please make contact with us to discuss further.


• We take utmost care on their travel to give hassle-free, worry-free, safe journey of your pet & accessories.


• We transport the pets in customized "Pet-Friendly" cages and boxes to double check on their safety.


• Our primary shipping service is Courier (for Products) and through Railway (for Pets).


• Orders are delivered according to the date we agree mutually (varies according to the mode of transportation also).


• We do allow pickups from our place at Kanpur on request.


• The weight and dimensions of the order once packed to be dispatched determine the shipping charges. Shipping charges are collected from the clients to the actual.
